Meet Brianna Long

Joyful Spirit Compassionate Leader

Community Builder Inspiring Friend

Selfless Helper Kind Soul

This foundation was established in loving memory of Brianna Nichole Long, a bright and compassionate soul whose life was tragically cut short on October 29, 2023. Brianna was a senior at Valdosta State University, just months away from graduating with a degree in dental hygiene. A proud graduate of Paulding County High School, Class of 2020, Brianna excelled in academics and extracurricular activities. She was involved in cheerleading, soccer, Future Christians of America, the Spanish Honor Society, BETA Club, and was voted Ms. PCHS by her peers.

At Valdosta State, Brianna continued to shine, dedicating herself to her studies, playing intramural soccer, volunteering at underclassmen orientations, and working to support herself. Her funeral, held on the football field at Paulding County High School, was the first ever held in this location since the school’s establishment in 1969, a testament to the impact she had on the community.

Brianna was a beacon of light in a divided world, always going the extra mile to help others and treating people based on their character. She is dearly missed by family and friends, and through this foundation, we honor her legacy by giving back to students who share her commitment to service, leadership, and academic excellence.

In Brianna’s memory, we strive to carry her light forward, making a positive difference in the lives of students and the communities they serve.
